Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:861

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Husayn bin Ali narrated to us, from Abu Wahb, from Mansur, from Salim bin Abi al-Ja’d, he said: When a person puts on new clothing and says: "O Allah, make them blessed garments, through which we thank You for Your favor, perform our worship well, and act in Your obedience," it does not pass his collarbone until he is forgiven.
