Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:862

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from al-Jurayri, from Abu Nadrah, who said: When the companions of the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) would see a new garment on one of them, they would say: "May you wear it out, and may Allah replace it for you."
