Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hatim narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) used to wear a ring made of gold. He went out to the people, and they began to look at it. He then placed his right hand upon his little finger, then he returned to the house and threw it away.
