Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Dalham ibn Salih al-Kindi narrated to us, from Hujayr ibn ‘Abd Allah al-Kindi, from Ibn Buraydah, from his father, that the Negus gifted the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, two simple black leather socks, and he wore them.
