Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:969

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Usamah ibn Zayd ibn Aslam informed us, he said: My father narrated to me that he built [a house] for his sister. Ibn Umar entered and saw an image in the house, so he erased it or scraped it off. Then he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: "The angels do not enter a house in which there is an image, nor a dog."
