Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 16:978

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from al-Qasim, from ‘Aishah, she said: The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, entered upon me while I had screened myself with a curtain (qiram) in which there were images. When he saw it, his color changed and he tore it with his hand. Then he said: "Indeed, the people who will receive the severest punishment on the Day of Resurrection are those who imitate the creation of Allah."
