Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1017

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Musa ibn Qays, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, who said: If the believer were upon a reed in the middle of the sea, Allah would appoint someone to harm him.
