Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1039

Ubayd Allah ibn Musa narrated to us, from Isra'il, from Abu Ishaq, from Kumayl ibn Ziyad, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah (There is no power and no strength except by Allah) is a treasure from the treasures of Paradise."
