Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1052

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Qays, who said: Whoever recites two hundred verses while looking into the Mushaf (the written copy of the Quran), no one will come on that day with anything better than him.
