Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1208

Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Umar ibn Dharr, who said: Rabi ibn Abi Rashid met me at the threshold in the market. He took my hand and shook it, then said: "O Abu Dharr, whoever asks Allah for His pleasure has asked Him for a great matter."
