Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1209

Khalaf ibn Khalifah narrated to us, from ‘Awn ibn Shaddad, that when death descended upon Harim ibn Hayyan al-‘Abdi, they said to him, "O Harim, give us a bequest." He said, "I bequeath to you that you pay off my debt." They said, "With what do you bequeath?" He said, and he recited the end of Surah an-Nahl: "Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction," until he reached, "Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good."
