Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1218

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Mujahid, regarding the saying of Allah: "But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens," he said: "He who feared Allah when he was about to commit a sin in the world."
