Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1241

Yunus ibn Muhammad narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ikrimah, regarding [the verse]: "And hearts reached the throats." He said: If the hearts were to move or shift, his soul would depart, but it is only the terror.
