Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1261

Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Usamah ibn Zayd, from his father, regarding His saying: "Abasing [the people of the Fire]": Whoever is abased on that Day will never be raised, and whoever is raised on that Day will never be abased.
