Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1266

'Affan narrated to us, he said: Bukayr ibn Abi al-Sumayt narrated to us, he said: Qatadah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Mutarrif that he used to say: "You may meet two men, one of them having more fasting and prayer, yet the other is more honorable to Allah by a great distance." They said: "And how can that be, O Abu Juz'?" He said: "He is the one who is more scrupulous regarding His prohibitions."
