Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1270

Yahya ibn Yaman narrated to us, from Abu Sinan, from Thabit, from al-Dahhak regarding [the verse]: "And when they pass by vain speech, they pass by with dignity." He said: Vain speech was neither of their state nor of their concern.
