Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:128

Abu Khalid and Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from Ibn Awn, from Nafi, from Ibn Umar, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mentioned: "The day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Worlds." He said: "They will be detained until the sweat reaches their ears."
