Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1302

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Isma’il bin Muhammad bin Sa’d bin Abi Waqqas, from ‘Abdullah bin Shaddad, that he said: I heard the sobbing of ‘Umar while I was in the last row, and he was reciting Surah Yusuf: "I only complain of my grief and my sorrow to Allah."
