Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1329

Sa'id ibn 'Abd Allah narrated to us, from Nusayr, from Bakr, who said: Al-Rabi' ibn Khuthaym used to say: "There is no good in speech except in nine things: your declaring the oneness of Allah (tahlil), your glorifying Allah (tasbih), your magnifying Allah (takbir), your praising Allah (tahmid), your asking for good, your seeking refuge from evil, your enjoining the good, your forbidding the evil, and your reciting the Qur'an."
