Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1336

'Isa ibn Yunus narrated to us, from al-Awza'i, from some of his companions, from 'Ali, who said: "When the shadows incline and the winds depart, seek your needs from Allah, for it is the hour of the oft-returning (al-awwabin)." And he recited: "Indeed, He has ever been, to the oft-returning, Forgiving."
