Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1384

Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Mis'ar narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from Ibn Sabit: That a caller called out during the time of the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "I ask You by Your name, there is no god but You, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, and when You intend a matter, You only say to it 'Be' and it is." The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "You have nearly—or he has nearly—called upon Allah by His Greatest Name."
