Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1388

Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from the one who heard al-Sha’bi say: The Greatest Name of Allah is "Allah." Then he recited, or it was recited to him: "He is Allah, the Creator, the Inventor, the Fashioner," until the end of it.
