Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1393

Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, he said: Yunus informed us, from al-Hasan, regarding the saying of the Exalted: "He is most knowing of you when He produced you from the earth and when you were fetuses in the wombs of your mothers." He said: Allah knew of every soul what it is doing, what it is creating, and to what it is destined.
