Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1404

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, he said: Al-Rabi’ ibn al-Mundhir narrated to us, from his father, from al-Rabi’ ibn Khuthaym, regarding the saying of the Exalted: "And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out." He said: From every matter that has become constricted for the people.
