Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:1425

Sulayman ibn Harb narrated to us, he said: Hammad ibn Zayd narrated to us, from Sa'id al-Jurayri, he said: Abu al-'Ala' used to read from the Mushaf (copy of the Quran). Mutarrif would sometimes say to him: "Spare us your Mushaf for the rest of the day."
