'Abd al-A'la narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Umar, who said: "No servant swallows a gulp that is better in reward with Allah than a gulp of rage he suppresses for the sake of Allah, seeking the Face of Allah."
