Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:154

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Shamir, from al-Mughirah ibn Sa'd ibn al-Akhram, from his father, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not acquire landed property (al-day'ah), lest you become desirous of the world." Abdullah said: "What is Baradhan? And what is Baradhan? And what is in Medina? And what is in Medina?"
