Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:174

Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Ibn Abi Mulaykah, from ‘Aishah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever is brought to account on the Day of Resurrection will be punished." I said: "Did Allah not say: 'Then he will be judged with an easy account'?" He said: "That is not the account; that is only the presentation. Whoever is scrutinized in the account on the Day of Resurrection will be punished."
