Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:28

Abu Usama narrated to us, from al-Fazari, from al-A’mash, from al-Minhal, from Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Ibn Abbas, who said: Allah revealed to David: "Say to the oppressors: Do not remember Me, for it is My right that I remember whoever remembers Me, and My remembering them is that I curse them."
