Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:315

Ibn Idris narrated to us, from Isma'il, from Zubayd, who said: Abdullah said: "Speak good, that you may be known by it, and act upon it, that you may be of its people. And do not be hasty, spreaders of rumors, or scatterers (of speech)."
