Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Zubayd, from Murrah, who said: Abdullah said: "Indeed, Allah gives the world to whom He loves and to whom He does not love, but He does not give faith except to whom He loves. So, if Allah loves a servant, He gives him faith."
