Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:329

Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Asim, from Shaqiq, from Abdullah, who said: "Prayer does not benefit except the one who obeys it." Then Abdullah recited: "Indeed, prayer prohibits immorality and wrongdoing, and the remembrance of Allah is greater." Then Abdullah said: "Allah's remembrance of the servant is greater than the servant's remembrance of his Lord."
