Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:363

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, from Abu Bakr ibn Muhammad, that Abu 'Awn informed him that Abu al-Darda' used to say: "I have not spent a night and then reached the morning, such that the people did not see a calamity from me, except that I saw that Allah had a blessing upon me in it."
