Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:386

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Mutarrif Abu Ghassan informed us, from Zayd ibn Aslam, from Ata ibn Yasar, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "Whoever goes to the mosque in the morning or goes to the mosque in the evening, Allah prepares for him a lodging in Paradise every time he goes in the morning or goes in the evening."
