Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:392

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from Asim, from Abu Uthman, from Salman, who said: Whoever performs wudu and perfects the wudu, then comes to the mosque to pray in it, he is a visitor of Allah. And it is a right upon the visited to honor his visitor.
