Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:407

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from ‘Amr ibn Qays, from ‘Atiyyah, from Ibn ‘Umar, who said: The believer is met, upon his exit from his grave, by the most beautiful form he has ever seen. He says to it, "Who are you?" It says to him, "I am the one who was with you in the world; I will not part from you until I enter you into Paradise."
