Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:409

Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, that Ibn ‘Umar said: "I have not laid a single brick, nor have I planted a single palm tree, since the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was taken."
