Hadith 33:43
Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Khaythama, who said: The Angel of Death entered upon Sulayman, and he began looking at a man among his companions, staring at him persistently. When he (the Angel of Death) left, the man said, "Who is this?" He (Sulayman) said, "This is the Angel of Death." The man said, "I saw him looking at me as if he wanted me." He (Sulayman) said, "So what do you want?" He said, "I want you to carry me upon the wind until it casts me into India." He (Sulayman) called for the wind and carried him upon it, and it cast him into India. Then the Angel of Death came to Sulayman and said, "You were staring persistently at a man among your companions." He (Sulayman) said, "I was amazed by him. I was commanded to seize his soul in India, yet he was with you."
