Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:532

Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated to us, he said: Mis'ar narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Khalid, that Anas used to say: "There is no morning or evening except that every plot of land calls out to its neighbor: 'O my neighbor, has a prophet, or a truthful one (siddiq), or a servant remembering Allah passed by you today?' Some will say: 'Yes,' and some will say: 'No.'"
