Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:548

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Uthman al-Thaqafi, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas regarding the verse: "And the companions of the Fire will call to the companions of Paradise, 'Pour upon us some water...'" He said: A man will call to a man and say, "I have been burned, so pour some water upon me." He said: It will be said, "Answer him." So he will say: "Indeed, Allah has forbidden them both to the disbelievers."
