Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:555

'Abbad ibn al-'Awwam narrated to us, from Sufyan ibn Husayn, from al-Hakam, from Mujahid, from Ibn 'Abbas regarding the saying of Allah: "So fear Allah and amend that which is between you." He said: This is a strict command from Allah to the believers that they should fear Him and amend that which is between them.
