Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:562

Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Layla, from al-Minhal, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, regarding the saying of Allah: "The Most Merciful will appoint for them affection." He said: He loves them and makes them beloved.
