Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:63

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from Sa'id al-Maqburi, from his father, from Abdullah ibn Salam, who said: Musa said to his Lord: "O Lord, what is the gratitude that is befitting for You?" He said: "Let your tongue remain moist with My remembrance." He said: "O Lord, I am in states where I deem it too great to remember You, such as when in a state of major ritual impurity (janabah), or when relieving myself, or when passing water, or when not in a state of ablution." He said: "Yes [you may still remember Me]." He said: "How should I say it?" He said: "Say: 'Glory be to You and with Your praise, there is no god but You, so keep harm away from me. Glory be to You and with Your praise, there is no god but You, so protect me from harm.'"
