Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:680

Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Ali bin Salih, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu Maysarah, who said: Whoever acts according to this verse has attained perfection: "Righteousness is not that you turn your faces toward the east or the west."
