Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:694

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Mansur, from Mujahid and Abu Razin regarding [the verse]: "They will be restrained (yūza’ūn)." He said: The first of them will be held back for the last of them.
