Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim al-Taymi, from his father, who said: He used to wear a mantle that reached his buttocks from behind and his breasts from in front. He said: I said, "O my father, if only you had taken a mantle wider than this mantle of yours." He said: "O my son, do not say this, for by Allah, there is not a morsel on the earth that I have swallowed, which is good, but that I would have wished it were in the mouth of the person most hateful to me."
