Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:774

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Mujahid, from 'Ubayd ibn 'Umayr, regarding the saying of Allah, "Every day He is in a state [of affair]" (55:29). He said: It is of His affair that He frees a captive, or answers a caller, or heals a sick person, or gives to a requester.
