Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:801

Muhammad ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from 'Umarah ibn al-Qa'qa', from Abu Zur'ah, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Two words are light on the tongue, heavy on the scale, and beloved to the Most Merciful: 'Glory be to Allah and by His praise' (Subhan Allah wa bi-hamdihi), 'Glory be to Allah, the Most High, the Almighty' (Subhan Allah al-'Aliyy al-'Azim)."
