Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:807

Waki’ narrated to us, from Mis’ar, from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Maysarah, from Hilal ibn Yasaf, who said: ‘Abdullah said: "That I should perform tasbih (saying SubhanAllah) a number of times is more beloved to me than that I should spend the same number of dinars in the way of Allah."
