Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 33:810

Waki' narrated to us, from Mis'ar, from 'Affan, from 'Amr ibn Maymun, who said: "Is one of you unable to perform one hundred tasbihs (sayings of 'SubhanAllah'), so that there may be for him one thousand good deeds?"
